Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of training services by Driver Development Australia (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a course, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
- Training sessions must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required prior to the commencement of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, and Stripe (credit/debit card).
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking may be rescheduled without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled training are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to reschedule training in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, unsafe conditions).
3. Training Delivery
- All training is conducted in real-world environments, not on racetracks.
- Participants must hold a valid driver’s licence or learner permit appropriate for the training.
- It is the responsibility of the participant or employer to ensure that participants are medically fit to undertake training.
4. Certificates & Assessments
- Some courses include a competency-based assessment and evaluation report rather than a formal completion certificate.
- Certificates or statements of participation are only issued where specified in the course details.
5. Liability
- While every effort is made to provide safe and effective training, participants take part at their own risk.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during or after training, except where required by law.
- It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure vehicles used in training are roadworthy, insured, and compliant with applicable laws.
6. Use of Website
- The content on our website is for general information only and may change without notice.
- Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
7. Privacy

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
